We have re-imagined the student record. Capture in-depth data and view all school related activities of a student without navigating away from it.
1. Student data
Record any data field that is necessary for your operations. The system defaults to hundreds of fields that can be switched on or off. Without a single line of coding you can create additional data categories and fields.
Data display and edit is fully controlled based on profile permissions (RBAC).
Within the Student Details section, you will be able to see in-depth data categorized within General Information, Enrollment Information, Address and Contacts, Family Information, Medical Information, Multi-user Comments, Documents and any special categories created by the school.
2. Course schedule
View course schedule of the student with full class section details and schedule the student to additional courses if required. All from the same screen.
3. Attendance
View past attendances, take new attendance or overwrite an attendance taken by a teacher - all from one screen.
4. Grades - Progress report, report card and transcript
Get a comprehensive view of a student’s academics with progress reports of each scheduled course, all published report cards and transcripts without having to generate them from a different section of the system.
5. Communication
All communication with the student are displayed in one tab. Use this section to encourage students with good news about their achievements and hard work, address areas that need improvement and finish with encouraging words that set the student body up to win.
