If you are on a paid plan and have paid thru the year, your account will be canceled one week after the end of the subscription. Make sure to export your data before cancellation.

Yes, if you are no longer using the system and have canceled your subscription, you can request complete data deletion/erasure by opening a support ticket from within openSIS. Remember, once the data is deleted, it is permanent and cannot be recovered, ever.
